Scholarships

The Liberty School is a private school that receives only very limited public support through the “shared schools” program for art, music and P.E.. The Board has twice frozen tuition at $11,900 and committed to raising $100,000 for scholarships. The maximum Board award is 50% of tuition or $5950.

Returning families must file application with copies of the most recent 1040 form by June and are notified of awards in August. Students entering during the school year may also apply for financial aid which is at the discretion of the Board Scholarship Committee.

All families are expected to volunteer an average of 5 or more hours per month and help with raising scholarship and program support funds for the school.
